Howard W. Bailey, Esq. has over forty years of experience in the field of criminal law, with more than thirty years as a successful criminal trial attorney. Mr Bailey graduated from the New York Law School in New York in 1987 and is admitted to the practice of Law in New Jersey. He has successfully represented and defended numerous clients in the Superior and Municipal Courts of New Jersey who were charged with a wide range of criminal offenses including Domestic Violence, Megan’s Law, Racketeering, Murder, Official Misconduct, Leader of Drug Trafficking Network, Robbery, Carjacking, Insurance Fraud, Rape, Sex Assault and Theft; as well as, DV Temporary Restraining Orders, DWI violations, Extraditions, Probation Violations and MV offenses. Mr Bailey has a wide-range of skills, experience and knowledge that he brings to the defense of his clients, having been both a Police Officer and an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor before becoming a Newark criminal defense attorney. Adam W. Toraya is a Tactical, Powerful Defense Attorney with Special Knowledge and Experience as an Appeals Attorney in the Appellate Courts

Mr. Toraya is a very experienced criminal defense trial lawyer, with extensive and successful representation of his clients in the highly specialized areas of appellate and post-conviction relief (PCR) cases. He has vigorously defended the rights of his clients, advocating and winning cases for his clients in the courts of both the State of New Jersey and in the State of New York. He has more than twenty-two years of experience focused on helping his clients secure a proper and victorious conclusion of their case in the areas of criminal defense, appeals and post-conviction relief. He graduated from Regent University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 1995; and, was also awarded an LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University School of Law in 1998. Since entering the private practice of law in 1996, he has helped thousands of individuals challenge their convictions either on appeal or by post-conviction relief, with many successful outcomes for his clients. In the last decade alone, Mr Toraya has represented clients in approximately five hundred PCR’s and Appeals, arguing and winning cases before the Law Division, the Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
